You can improve your health, your digestive system, and your energy levels simply by changing what you eat – but finding the right diet for you and your individual body is difficult. Ellie will work with you to devise a diet which is individually tailored to your health needs, body type and lifestyle. She will advise you on which supplements will make a difference, and which are a waste of money.
Ellie is very experienced and has been teaching nutrition for over fifteen years. She currently teaches the nutrition module on the Heartwood Education professional herbal medicine course. She also teaches all of the nutrition courses at City Lit college in Covent Garden.

Your initial nutrition consultation will last one hour. In that time you will be asked to give a thorough medical history so Ellie can get a complete picture of your past and present health. You will be asked to bring along a four day diet diary listing everything you have eaten and drunk in the last four days and also any medicines or supplements you are taking. Ellie will ask what your goals are and then work with you to devise an individual dietary plan that will help you achieve them, a plan which is going to fit in with your tastes and lifestyle. Often Ellie will give recipes to try and may recommend nutritional supplements. Advice on exercise and relaxation/time management is also included.
Subsequent appointments are twenty to thirty minutes long and are an opportunity to review your progress, alter your dietary programme as necessary, discuss any challenges you are having, and develop further strategies to help you achieve good health. Typically clients come for between two and four nutrition consultations and report that they are incredibly worthwhile in terms of improving both short term and long term health and achieving personal health goals such as losing weight, having more energy, improved digestion, less pain or improved hormone balance.
Consultations are available at the Enfield Chase Clinic in EN2 and at the Healthy Living Centre in Islington, N1. Online appointments via Zoom or WhatsApp video call are also available.
