Brighten your day naturally with our Mood Booster herbal blend. This carefully crafted formula combines four time-honoured herbs traditionally associated with mood support and emotional balance. Featuring Lemon Balm for calm focus, Passion Flower for tranquility, Schisandra for a spirited lift, and St. John’s Wort—widely researched for its role in supporting mental wellbeing—this blend is a gentle, plant-based option for daily balance.

While we can’t make medical claims, there is a growing body of research into these herbs and their potential role in mood and emotional resilience. You’re encouraged to explore this yourself, including recent studies on St. John’s Wort and its use in mild to moderate low mood.  For example, this recent (2023) meta analysis of clinical trials concluded SJW is ‘an effective strategy for mild to moderate depression with mild side effects’.

Suggested Use: Take 5–7.5ml in a little water before meals, twice daily.

Ingredients: Herbal tinctures of Lemon balm tincture (melissa offinalis), Schisandra tincture (Schisandra chinensis), St. John’s wort fluid extract 1:2 (hypericum perforatum), and Passion flower tincture (passiflora incarnata). The tinctures in this mix are made in the traditional way, by hydro-ethanolic percolation with a ratio varying from one part herb to two parts liquid (St. John’s wort standardised extract) to one part herb to three parts liquid for the other herbs. The liquid is 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived ethanol.
