Directions:

Take 10 – 25 drops in water up to 3 times daily before food or as advised by your practitioner. Only the 100ml bottles come with a dropper insert.  If ordering a larger size, please either decant into a dropper bottle or take 1-2ml in water once or twice daily.

Ingredients:

This tincture is made in the traditional way, by hydro-ethanolic percolation, with a ratio of one part arctium lappa radix to three parts liquid. The liquid is 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived ethanol.
