Ginger has a long history of medicinal use and a wide range of properties. It is warming and gently stimulating, helping to improve the circulation and digestive function. It also has expectorant and anti-viral properties making it useful where there is cough or cold.
Dosage: A typical dose is 10 to 15 drops in water one to four times daily.
Ingredients: This tincture is made in the traditional way, by hydro-ethanolic percolation, with a ratio of one part Ginger root to three parts liquid. The liquid is 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived ethanol.
