Dosage

• Children age 3 to 6 years: 5–15 drops, 1–3 times daily in water or juice, ideally around meal times.

• Children age 6 to 10 years: 10–25 drops, 1–3 times daily in water or juice.

• Children age 10 to 15 years: 20–40 drops (1–5ml), 1–3 times daily in water or juice.

Note: The 100ml bottle has a dropper insert. Larger sizes (200ml and 300ml) do not — if you don’t have a dropper at home, buy the 100ml bottle to decant larger bottles in the future.

Ingredients
Herbal tinctures of:

• Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea radix)

• Elderflower (Sambucus nigra)

• Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)

• Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

• Mullein (Verbascum thapsus)

• Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

Prepared traditionally by hydro-ethanolic percolation with a ratio of 1 part herb to 3 parts liquid. The liquid contains 55% water and 45% sugar beet-derived ethanol.
