Dosage: A typical dose is 1-3ml in water before food once or twice daily.
Ingredients: This tincture is made in the traditional way, by hydro-ethanolic percolation, with a ratio of one part Lemon balm herb to three parts liquid. The liquid is 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived ethanol.
