Period Pain Mix

This period pain mix contains Valerian, Cramp bark, and Ginger tinctures, which may help to ease crampy period pain and back ache, improve circulation in the pelvic area, and relax both the body and the mind.

Ingredients: Herbal tinctures of Valerian (valeriana officinalis), Cramp bark (vibernum opulus), and Ginger (zingiber officinale). The tinctures in this mix are made in the traditional way, by hydro-ethanolic percolation with a ratio varying from one part herb to two parts liquid to one part herb to three parts liquid. The liquid is 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived ethanol.
