Schisandra has a long history of medicinal use China, it is first mentioned in Chinese medical literature in 200AD.
Recent research here discusses the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and liver protective properties of the plant.
Dosage: A typical dose is 1-3ml (15 – 45 drops) in water one to two times daily.
Ingredients: This tincture is made in the traditional way, by hydro-ethanolic percolation, with a ratio of one part Schisandra berries to three parts liquid. The liquid is 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived ethanol.
