This is a combination of herbal tinctures which have traditionally been used to calm anxiety and promote feelings of calm and well being.
Made with tinctures of Ashwagandha, Skullcap, Vervain and Lime flowers.
Take 2.5ml to 5ml in a little water when needed. Maximum daily dose is 20ml.
Ingredients: Herbal tinctures of Lime flowers (tillea europaea), Ashwagandha (withania somnifera), Vervain (verbena officinalis), and Skullcap (scutellaria lateriflora). The tinctures in this mix are made in the traditional way, by hydro-ethanolic percolation with a ratio of one part herb to three parts liquid. The liquid is 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived alcohol.
